Anaeko CTO Colm Hayden today presented to the Irish chapter of the IT Service Management Forum in Dublin.
The presentation entitled ‘Evolving Service Level Management’ explored how Service Level Management and Business Relationship Management must evolve to accommodate service delivery from hybrid Private Cloud, Public Cloud and On Premise environments.
