Anaeko CTO Colm Hayden today addressed Service Managers and Account Managers on the challenges of delivering Service Level Management in the Cloud.
The presentation was part of the IT Service Management Forum (itSMF) UK event entitled ‘Achieving Service Excellence with Service Levels’ at the Imperial War Musuem in Duxford. Colm’s presentation was particularly well received and sparked considerable discussion about the fast moving Cloud Services market.
